Do we have any members in San francisco that could get a photo of the headstone for us?

John Pope was Army commander of the Northwest from the latter part of 1862 to the first part of 1865. During a brief period of Nov. 28, 1862 to Feb. 18, 1863 Elliot commanded the Northwest Department. Where was Pope during this interval?

I tried to get the name a little clearer.
