Did Jefferson Davis Just Lose the War?

1. Any idea on when the people are going to do such for ALL of the US Supreme Courts rulings?

2. See above. Need a timeline.

3. Yes, it was a civil war and Jefferson Davis lost it.
1. No, that's up to them.
2. See above.
3. Civil wars only happen between citizens of the same independent state, and the American states were all independent from 1776 onward.

You, meanwhile, don't even stick to a single narrative about this mysterious "national Union" and its alleged history, claiming first that the Treaty of Paris was between two countries, when in reality it was 14 independent states.

And you simply ignore the fact that every state seceded from the Articles of Confederation in order to ratify the Constitution, each by the power of its respective people as the supreme authority of their respective independent state.

Because if you were specific, it would be more obvious that your narrative didn't happen; so you stay vague and don't give a straight answer.

@SarahTheGoodWitch ,

Once again, I disagree with your above view.

The states did not secede from the AOC. If you have primary evidence in the way of period documentation, please present it so that I and others here may view it.

There is nothing "mysterious" about the Treaty of Paris being between two countries. This can be plainly see when reading the entire document instead of straining to present one part of it out of context.

The states did not ratify the Constitution. Conventions of the people did.

Civil wars happen when a people of a region begin to imagine a right that does not exist and from the fear that their society with it's peculiar institutions are going to be abolished, changing decades of an established social order based on human slavery.

And Jefferson Davis lost the civil war.

Ever herard that the main reason for loss was NUTRITION.By '63 this is what the war had become for the Confederacy.The Union army was receiving more and better ordnance than the Con,.could match.With immigration and enlistment of blacks,their ranks were not depleted.I have not read where the North had food riots or that their military had to rely on the generosity of the people.What war has been won by a army or civilian population that is at a point of starvation has become a nation of refugees,.As long has the civilians have a sense of some indication of the military is being victorious and can know that the purpose of the war is being achieved then they may endure hardship and suffering as with the first two year,Then when this become a time of extreme hardship and loss ,then is when its time the wives,sister,children,and mothers say that it time to end this and to come home.Women in their own diplomacy in the letters to the soldiers had effect on the armies more so than any command .Look at the desertion rates near the last year.Theory/Place Grant,Sherman,or Thomas in command of this army what would be the outcome]under these conditions] Union army under any general of your choose.
NUTRITION. From your mouth to God's ear. When Sherman left Atlanta, he did so with an ENORMOUS supply train. He did so in 3 columns spread across the breadth of GA. This allows him to conceal his actual goal as well as spreading his army across the breadth of Ga so as to allow them to forage much more efficiently. Even then with all this great advantage, Sherman's army when it reached the coast was essentially starving to death. ThankGod for the US Navy.
