I'm about to leave for this year's Civil War Institute at Gettysburg College Summer Conference, which starts today.

C-SPAN 3 is broadcasting live from the conference Saturday and Sunday, beginning 8:30 AM EDT. Look for the guy in the Virginia Tech T-shirt.

This year we're traveling down to the Richmond area for tours around Richmond, Petersburg, and Appomattox as part of the conference.
