I like the shirt with buttons and chain from pocket. It like a pocket watch chain but has some kind of charm .

It is a watch chain with a fob or charm. It was very common to attach such items to your watch chain as a weight and or decoration at that time. Often times it was something the man wearing the watch and chain was involved in like a Masonic symbol, Oddfellows, etc.
