Confederate supply attempts from the west coast?

I'm curious if there were any attempts by Confederate sympathisers on the west coast to move money or goods of any sort from there to Confederate territories, either by land or sea?

Given the existence of 'Confederate Arizona' for a period (which at least on paper gave them a potential corridor between Texas and the west coast), and given that at least one Confederate militia was able to make it east to join the conflict (the LA Mounted Rifles), I thought it was worth asking. I am aware of the "Chapman plot", but that was an attempt to start a privateering venture, so not the same as what I'm asking about.

And no, I'm not expecting any monetary or material support from the west coast to have had any war-changing impact, I'm just curious if it was attempted on any scale, and how far these attempts got.

I don't know if they did so in fact. However in these old Randolph Scott movies. Confederate agents are always trying to run gold or horses east.
