In all the years Marietta native Donna Arrants has driven past the Marietta Confederate Cemetery, she never imagined what she would eventually discover.

Arrants, who owns the Marietta store Donna’s Classic Accessories, recently learned she has a relative buried in the cemetery, just two miles from her house.

Arrants and her cousin, Thom Cole of Jacksonville, Alabama, looked proudly at the new memorial wall unveiled at Brown Park on Sunday afternoon. Among the hundreds of names listed was their great-great uncle, John A. Nesbit.

Great Post. I have been there many times for the CW show and have always loved the bronze CS soldier.
