Was that mortal wound to the head his 4th or 5th wounding? The bio that I'm reading says ...."while rallying his men and already suffering from four wounds, was shot in the head and instantly killed."

Here is a quote from the Shiloh National Military Park Facebook page of February 27, 2018. The Park Rangers write these entries so I am very comfortable that this is correct
