I thought better of doing so but I was lazy, so this week's Throwback Thursday resorts to the last - I promise! - of my old Avalon-Hill Civil War-themed Centennial-era board games, their 1961 Chancellorsville. Although this was far from a favorite, either as a historical simulation or a game, for the sake of completion I thought I would show it to you anyway. Chancellorsville had a truly short shelf life and disappeared from their catalog after only a few years, so it's one that may not be familiar with many readers here. For more photos and a fuller description please see:

Anyone else having (preferably) old Civil War-related photos, mementoes, or memorabilia from reenactments or other events or vacation or other travel they would like to share with us is welcome and encouraged to post them here in this weekly thread!
