For this week's Throwback Thursday I thought I would use this undated but post-Glory photo ca. the early 1990's showing three of the men who participated in the filming, plus an old friend Iris Welch who was also a member of the North Texas Reenactment Society. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of the others, but they were employees of reenactor artilleryman Bruce Fraser of Dallas, who had given them time off and encouraged them to participate as extras. They were a part of the larger numbers needed when we filmed scenes of the parade in downtown Savannah, Georgia, and the assault on Battery Wagner but were not there for the duration. The setting for this photo is Dallas' Old City Park where our group held drills, picnics, and our annual Christmas Cotillion.

Anyone else having (preferably) old Civil War-related photos, mementoes, or memorabilia of reenactments, living history, vacation or other travel, etc. is welcome and encouraged to post them here in this weekly thread!
