Since a new thread entitled How did you get involved with reenacting/living history? appeared earlier this week, I thought it would be appropriate to revisit another of those early (for me) events held in June, 1977 at Billie Creek Village, Indiana. In the scene above, Yours Truly, acting as No. 4 on our 3/4 scale six-pounder gun, prepares to insert the friction primer into the vent whenever the Gunner finishes "laying" or aiming the piece, subject to the commands of the section commander, Lt.
