I wasn't sure which forum to post this in. Feel free to move it if it fits better somewhere else.

The Civil War museum in White Settlement (Small community just west of Fort Worth, Texas) is the largest civil war museum west of the Mississippi. It has some truly amazing pieces. These five images deal with Ulysses S. Grant. The first image is Grant's cigar, picked up from a battlefield after it was dropped. The second and third images relate to Grant's field coat. It is stated that this is the coat Grant wore to meet Robert E Lee as Lee surrendered at Appomattox. The fourth and fifth images are related to a sword presented to Grant by the people of Kentucky in 1864.

I will post some additional images if these are well received. Thanks.
