If we were in the 15th century, John C. Sims might be held up as the ideal of a Renaissance man. He creates and collaborates on projects that cross all kinds of boundaries and draw on all kinds of bases of knowledge, from multidisciplinary artistic expression to political activism to mathematics (a subject in which he holds a doctorate degree), often as not combined in the same work.
One of his more controversial work

Now, what exactly is it about this man in particular which would give the impression he could possibly have the ' T ' word associated with him? That's an incredibly loaded word especially in this social and political landscape, using the T word about him seems to cover all the bases near him- so people who look like this man, engaged in this type of activity would fall under the heading?

Only one of the many steps towards obliteration of Western Civilization, something we spent a long portion of our ancient history overcoming. Want proof? Try to defend the tenets of it in public and observe the shout down.

I worry more about the decline of Western Civilization when people don't recognize the basic meaning of words.

"The poet will eulogize the flag..."

I don't think that's the word they want. Either that, or this isn't about political correctness at all.

From an online dictionary: "Eulogize... praise highly in speech or writing." And "eu" meaning "good" from classic Greek is right in the word.

The flag of a short lived rebellion is the symbol of western civilization?

“The Old South may indeed be a hall hung with splendid tapestries in which no one would care to live; but from them we can learn something of how to live.”

(The Old South was) “the last non-materialist civilization in the Western World.

Tell that to the slaves who created the "non-materialist civilization."
