Bormann under Plug

I was recently talking to a new kid and he asked me if the plug in my cannon ball that he was looking at was a shipping plug. I told him it was the Bormann under plug. It has two spanner holes and a flash hole in the center. The fuse goes off and the flame goes down the flash hole to the rounds powder, then explodes. Does this sound right? Pea Shooter

You've got it my friend, the two outer holes were spanner holes for inserting or removing the screw in under plug.
