It was a very comprehensive list they came up with. the only major one I think they missed was Werts book on July 3rd

I notice the absence of David Martin's book on July 1 that I reviewed and like which we have already discussed in this thread. I believe the consensus was that the revised edition (which was the one I read) is at least as good and possibly better-written than Pfanz.
