It seemed like a good time for a new thread about the good old Manassas. I was wondering if there is now any consensus of the best reconstructions available for the first or early configurations of the boat. The one-stack/two-stack issue seems resolved for two stacks; the iron-plating seems resolved in that it was laid length-wise. There was an aft hatch or cuddy for a helmsman. What images do you all recommend as likely being the most accurate? I know of (and really appreciate) Andy Hall's great renderings from 2013 in the Aye Candy thread. Thanks.
