Anyone Recognize this Uniform?

Hi all,

Saw this ambro in a FB group I'm in. Interesting look to him but I couldn't place the uniform. I know Wisconsin had gray coats at the start of the war but I believe theirs had black piping. Other federal units also has grey coats but I'm unfamiliar with the specifics.

It's an ambro so I suppose it could be pre war militia as well.

Given the overly patriotic motifs of the case I'd be surprised if he was a rebel.

Uniforms are not my specialty so I welcome your opinions!

There is a very similar untrimmed grey jacket in Echoes of Glory attributed to the Pennsylvania Reserve Corps. The 7th NY also wore a similar jacket but theirs were trimmed.

I'm thinking that this may be a Veteran Reserve Corps uniform.
