A few eye candy items.
2 cartridge boxes...the one with the brass US is stamped Watertown 1864 and both have their original tins.
Here is the artillery box I spoke about earlier. No makers mark but a 23 is pressed into the lib and the inner leathers has small impressed stars.
The over the shoulder strap is unmarked.
The cavarly belt is pure buff and still has its buff sabre straps.
There is a nice US infantry buckle on its belt. The buckle is puppy paw.
I have an extra over the should strap for an officers belt..
The Cavalry rifle sling has various Mark's. I see Sprinfield Mass by the bat wing and an oval mark by that. Also there are 2 sets of initials carves it.
You see the Cavalry box marker RIM in an oval on the front.
A tired old pistol box and 2 cap boxes
Last but not least is an officers belt, buckle and 2 straps. Ussd well but still solid.
Nice right?
Anyone into leather?
