This is not even a good fake as the patina is all wrong for a dug plate and the first clue before I even looked at the photos was the price. $1488.00 really. Plus I'm very disappointed there is no sword. He states he has used olive oil over the years to preserve it REALLY. If an authentic plate it would be in the $5 - 7k range. Below are real ones.
