Modern Angel Frost

During the holidays we often plan extravagant or special dinners, but we sometimes neglect breakfast. That can be a magical mealtime too. I always enjoy doing something fancy for breakfast or for brunch when I have guests to entertain (and sometimes when I don't). This recipe is sure to please and if you save it for special occasions it tastes even better.

Angel Frost

3/4 cup thawed pink lemonade concentrate
1 cup milk
1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, partially thawed
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Fresh strawberries, optional

Place the first four ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with strawberries if desired.
