For today's video Adam, Nathan, and Lincoln tackle some unusual Ice Cream!

Today's Recipe was inspired by Donna at CivilWarTalk, it's from "The Cook's Dictionary and Housekeeper's Directory" by Richard Dolby.

https://civilwartalk.com/threads/parmesan-ice-cream.150869/

"Take six eggs, half pint of syrup, and a pint of cream, put them into a stewpan and boil them until they begin to thicken; then rasp three ounces of Parmesan Cheese, mix the whole well together, and pass it through a sieve; then freeze according to custom."

Another fabulous civil war cooking video! Excellent job again on this one. Thanks boys!

My favorite part was at the end when Lincoln said it tastes like macaroni & cheese and psgetti. :D
And Nate....here's your "thumbs up"

Wow! Excellent video! I haven't even tackled an ice cream recipe yet!
You guys are top notch!

I'ma thinkin' I've got to get me one of those fancy ice cream thingies for my Kitchen-Aid mixers! I didn't know they had such a thing!

I use mine surprisingly frequently! I’ve had it about 13 years and I haven’t even lost the pieces yet!
