Thank you for sharing, surreal. I have a bloodstained haversack and mucket from Warren Fuller, Co F 32 MA, wounded in the Wheatfield July 2nd, 1863 and was dragged behind the famous "hospital rock". I think I may do the same and bring the artifacts out to the rock this summer. He was discharged soon after his wounding and survived.
