Ball's Bluff, Antietam (Sharpsburg), and Fredericksburg

Edit - It appears that a large number of players did what I did and looked at the Wikipedia article that says Holmes was wounded at Fredericksburg.

However, a larger number of sources agree with our Trivia Master that Holmes received his third wound at Chancellorsville, not Fredericksburg.

O.W. Holmes Jr was wounded at Balls Bluff, Antietam and Fredericksburg. You could say he was either very lucky (wounded three times but survived) or very unlucky (wounded three times.)
