Edit - In this case, the title of the thread was an important clue, since it clarified that the question was asking about monuments located at Vicksburg.

Of the over 1300 monuments, tablets and markers only 6 feature the figures of women. Which ones were they?

No historical women are portrayed on monuments at Vicksburg National Military Park. However, the state monuments of Alabama, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, and Missouri incorporate images of women in the symbolism of their design.
These are:

Alabama: A woman in period dress representing Alabama;
Illinois: three figures representing North, South, and History fronting the gabled portico;
Michigan: The Spirit of Michigan;
Minnesota: Peace;
Mississippi: Clio, the muse of history;
Missouri: The Spirit of the Republic.
In addition, North Carolina's monument incorporates the State Seal featuring Liberty and Plenty.

I don't know five of them but here is one at Vicksburg that is among the most beautiful of all Civil War monuments I have seen.

Until 2001, this was the only monument that honoured the fighting men of both the Union and Confederate armies, as Missouri was a border state that was divided in its loyalties. It consists of a large stele, fronted by a bronze female figure standing on the prow of a boat, framed by an exedra with bronze reliefs depicting both Union (left) and Confederate (right) soldiers in action.

Edit - That's one of the six, but you needed the other five.
