on #1 I just thought that if that tree could talk what a story it would tell of that battle and to have survived that battle and the many storms , still remain standing tall and broad makes this tree rather remarkable. Inquiry , what battle was this at and where on the field was this tress
The photo is taken looking toward the crest of Little Round Top at Gettysburg. The monument appearing to the right of the tree is dedicated to the 12th and 44th New York Infantry Regiments.

It was tough to decide, but I did eliminate a couple of them that used Photoshop or something similar to brighten the colors so that they looked too artificial.
