bonus: Answer: MG Oliver Otis Howard, commanding the XI Corps, Army of The Potomac. The nickname was a play on his first two initials. After dismal performances at Chancellorsville and Gettysburg, his men started calling him “Uh Oh” (or “Oh Oh” Howard). Note to Trivia Master; "Oh Oh" is also an acceptable answer.
