I'm Looking for any odd information about this unit which, of which I have found so far, was of import at Stone's River, Chickamauga, and Chattanooga (Missionary Ridge).

Tho is was for some time under the notorious Turchin, well I do know all about that, so what else can you tell me?

I have found a monument for Misssionary Ridge at this site: http://shilohnick.blogspot.com/2008/03/missionary-ridge-19th-illinois-monument.html

Anybody got a better image of that bronze?

Whatever is appreciated.

Sam
