I think this is the right place but here is my recreation of the flag of the 2nd NYSM (82nd NYI)

My recreation of the flag of the 2nd NYSM. Produced by Tiffany's and co in 1861. Presented to the regiment days before they departed to Washington in May of 61. Lost on the Jerusalem plan road at Petersburg in July of 1864.

I used silk and gold bullion fringe as well as acrylic paints. It took me roughly 2 days.

That’s incredible! I made a friend of mine a flag once for his birthday. It turned out awful cause I can’t sew to save my life. If I had the time I’d love to learn how to make a flag. The detail on yours is just incredible. I can’t believe it only took two days!!!!

Thanks so much. It wasn't my first rodeo so I'm fairly proficient but it was not the easiest.
 
You did a great job and the reproduction flag looks true to the original. The flag is interesting.
