If I remember correctly, she is buried beside her husband in Lynchburg, Virginia. I have a picture of the graves I have to find.
Please find the evidence before we change this. right now we can only go by what we have that states:

If evidence can be found I will happily change it. according to find a grave she is not buried in Lynchburg but the following members list are in the Presbyterian Cemetery:

General David Rodes 1795 - 1862
Mrs. Frances Louisa "Fannie" Penn Rodes 1818 - 1879
Mrs. Martha Ann Yancey Rodes 1803 - 1844

I just spoke with the Interim Executive Director of Presbyterian Cemetery in Lynchburg Virginia he confirmed that General Rodes is not buried with his wife.
