Springfield Bayonet? Seeking info

Purchased for $50 and curious if I got a good deal and if everything looks legit. Seems like good shape too. It came with the label. Thnx in advance!

Interesting bayonet. Is the tip broken off as it should be 21 inches long.
 
I think the guy had the measuring stick too high it is right at 21” blade and socket total

With that length and coupled with the price IMHO its a repop. How long is just the socket?
 
Looks like a Trapdoor bayonet. Appears to be bluing and not rust. Some 1855 bayonets were cut down, an insert placed inside the socket and then blued.
These saw service through the end of the 19th century in both Indian Wars and Spanish American War. I don’t believe any were at the Boxer Rebellion.

As a note the last time the Trapdoor Springfield saw combat was in WW2 in the hands of Phillipino guerrillas.
