In another post, we saw how the flags have been planted at Monocacy National Battlefield, one for each casuality, North and South. So, if you'd like to stop by for the Memorial Day ceremonies tomorrow, the park is open all day and this is the schedule of events:
Monday 27 May 2019
There will also be a nationwide minute of silence exactly at 3:00 pm Local Time tomorrow. If you can't make it to a Memorial Day ceremony, please observe this minute of silence wherever you are in remembrance of the men and women who gave the last full measure of devotion for our country.
If you're in the area, please stop by for a very special and meaningful event!
