I am currently traveling throughout the south photographing Confederate monuments. The final images are being rendered as tintypes. Any and all feedback about the images will be welcome and appreciated. This first one is in Victoria, Texas

There was an outstanding one I remember depicting a dismounted cavalry bugler on the courthouse square at Corsicanna in Navarro County if it's still there; better check it and any others out before political correctness gets them!

Yes, thanks, James. Perhaps I got there in the nick of time. ;-) I think this is the one you mean.

It is indeed, and a very nice representation, too! The beautiful stone Confederate Monument on the courthouse square in college town (where I attended, no less!) Denton north of the D-FW Metroplex has been vandalized repeatedly.
***edit by Lnwlf: no monument removal discussion***

Denton north of the D-FW Metroplex has been vandalized repeatedly and is under threat of removal because of recent liberal UNT student agitation, so it's another possible subject for you as well.
Is this the statue to which you're referring?
