Eggnog

We can never have too many eggnog recipes.
I like all of the nog' recipes, but I'll admit this is the one I use most often:

Ingredients

Two of these , (any brand)


One of these, (any brand)


Mix together in punchbowl, garnish with nutmeg.
Tell everyone you spent hours getting the eggs, sugar and cream "just right" .

Finished product:



Prep time:
Thirty seconds

Mixing:
slowly stir for one minute.

Total Time:
One and one half minute.

I couldn't use that in the one for the kids...
I found the one with wine interesting, must be it was sweet enough with the wine-I like sugar in mine. I like sugar in general.
Of course not.

Try this, mix up two different brands of eggnog from your local grocer, add 1/4 cup of brown sugar, heat until the brown sugar is melted, chill well and serve to the little ones.

Like the adult version, moderation is the key even for the kids.

That sugar high would . . . . we'll I'm sure you know. :smile:
