Mystic Pizza is a real pizza joint. Good pizza but the movie was brutal.

We still missed a couple of Revolutionary War sites :

* Brandywine Creek
* Trenton
* Princeton
* Monmouth

I forgot Bunker (Breed's) Hill.....

Here is my YouTube video of our vacation in the Northeastern States.

Enjoy,

* Bump for Northeastern American Civil War monuments. It was amazing to locate so many ACW monuments (especially in small towns) in these states on our trip in 2016.

I have a question for your, @Buckeye Bill.

Back in 2011, my sister got married very close to Valley Forge, which as you know, is in Eastern PA. I live in Western PA, so we had to travel across Pennsylvania and get a hotel room for several nights for the wedding festivities. We had several free hours before the rehearsal dinner, so we walked around Valley Forge and we toured George Washingon's headquarters. My husband and I thought that the signage around Valley Forge was very poor when we walked around and looked and looked at everything. Neither of us are American Revolutionary War buffs (although I guess that I should take an interest in this, since one of my direct ancestors was there), so we didn't understand the significance of many of the sites there at Valley Forge.

What was your experience of the place? Did you wish for more signage?

Also, this is just my opinion, but it seemed to me as if the National Park Service underfunded the Valley Forge site. We saw peeling paint, etc. What were your thoughts about this?
