Food Forum received this recipe from Pavel, member from Russia. He asked me to post it. It is Scrambled eggs and he states would be time period 1850 to 1900. I will post exactly as he sent me. Remember he is translating from Russian to English. We thank him very much for this contribution to the Food Forum.
"Scrambled simple.
Ingridenty.
2 to 3 chicken eggs.
sunflower oil 1 bottle or half bottle or a cow (50gram)
pan 1pe flat plain.
Preparation.
pour into the pan is not much oil, or put a lot of butter, razmazyt on the griddle.
beat eggs in a frying pan.
and start to cook on a small fire. cook until tender.
