If you're talking about the so-called Lincoln Conspirators (Mary Surratt, Adzerot, Herold, Powell/Payne, etc.), it was in the yard of the Old Capitol Prison.

Edit - Although at least one of the Lincoln conspirators (Mrs. Surratt) was temporarily held at the Old Capitol Prison, she and the others were hanged in the courtyard of the Washington Arsenal Penitentiary, which was not the same place as the Old Capitol Prison.

The executions took place at the Washington DC Arsenal Penitentiary (aka the Old Arsenal Penitentiary.) The penitentiary no longer exists except for one structure, referred to as building #20 (or Grant Hall) which is all that remains from the east end of the structure. Its sits on land which is now part of Fort Lesley McNair, a restricted military installation.

Sorry for the ambiguous question, I'll ask people to be more specific with their submissions.

Answer: The old Arsenal Penitentiary
