New Manchester
Edit - The question asked what is the name of this long-defunct mill. I will accept either Sweetwater Mill (the original name) or the New Manchester Manufacturing Company (the name by which it was last known while it was still operating. And I won't quibble with anybody who called it the New Manchester Mill.
However, I can find no source indicating that it was ever known as the Manchester Mill, so answers that leave off the "New" will be marked incorrect.
And I'm sorry to disappoint those who thought that, because I gave the answer of Roswell Mill, it was correct. It wasn't. The Roswell Mill was burned days before the July 9 date specified in the question, and the ruins of the Roswell Mill today don't look anything like the picture that was included with the question.
