Sorry the questions are a little late, I was busy watching the Kentucky Derby.
Here are the questions for Week 6 of Game #52:

He expected to be awarded the rank of brigadier general for his services, but was denied, and remained a Colonel. He died in Virginia in 1880. Name him.
3. He graduated next to last in his VMI class. A Lt. Colonel in the 44th Virginia, he was wounded at Gaines Mill and spent much of the rest of the war as a staff officer. Post-war he was U.S. Consul to two Asian countries. Name him.
4. In October 1861, General P.G.T. Beauregard suggested that a specialized unit be created. His suggestion was refused. What kind of weapons were to be used by the unit?
5. Pre-war he was involved in several transcontinental exploring and engineering projects.
He wrote a poem about an October 1861 battle and was wounded in a November 1861 battle. After his death, his widow, who was a famous actress, served at a Union hospital in South Carolina. Name him.
