Although, time and family constraints keep me from playing as much or as regularly as I would like, I enjoy the games and would like to see them continue. I will try to play on a more regular basis if they do continue.
Sam, I think you would be an excellent moderator.

Samgrant;
if theres anyone I know who has knowledge with the same level as Hoosier it's you.In the last 2 years I've played the trivia I have seen you miss only one question. Thats a great record. I will continue as a player here and meet every question you post with the same tenacity as I met with Hoosier's. Bring it on!!!!!!

I have also enjoyed playing the game but can't participate as much as I would like.

Many thanks, hoosier, for the excellent work with Trivia. Sorry to be losing you as our moderator; I do certainly appreciate the time and effort that went into running the game.

I had previously suggested to george the possibility of having a rotating 'host' of trivia for a six week (as hoosier has it currently set up) or something along those lines. If we can keep the game going by doing that I can be counted on for chipping in. However it works out, I am looking forward to keep on playing. A big problem, of course, as george pioints out, is not having many players. I can't say I have any ideas how to help that, however, I certainly am in favor of going on in whatever guise we reappear as, including helping out.

After considerable thought, I have decided to take on the task, baring any objection. The idea of rotating moderators has some merit, but I think would be an administrative nightmare.

One (new) feature will be for players to be able to submit their own questions. If used, the submitter getting an automatic point. This might also give a chance for players to outfox their fellow players.

I've gotta run, but will be putting together a brief description of how I would conduct the game (pretty much like it is now) for Hoosier, Mike and Amy. If they give me the go-ahead, we can resume the game probably in July.

Sam
