I have the questions for Week 5 ready, so I'm going to go ahead and post them a little early.

After the fifth week of play, ewc and Sarladaise continue to lead the Second Division with perfect scores of 30 points each. 20th Mass and Rad2duhbone53 are right behind with 29 points.
Robert B. Condon's opponents have pretty much conceded the First Division field to him this time around. According to my records, Sarladaise has recorded a perfect score in one game in the past, so if she does it again, she will join the First Division for future games.

22. My source said that, prior to becoming Quartermaster General, Meigs was supervising the remodeling of the U.S. Capitol building. However, after checking, I find that, while supervising the remodeling of the Capitol, he was simultaneously supervising the completion of the Washington Aqueduct – and while he was doing both of those things, Lincoln did assign him to the relief of Fort Pickens. I guess Abe heard the old adage that, if you want something important done, you should ask a busy person to do it. I accepted all three answers.
23. Anderson was director of the Tredegar Iron Works.
24. Troops under George Thomas and Joe Hooker opened the trail known as the cracker line to help ward off starvation of Union troops besieged at Chattanooga in 1863.
25. It was held at Milledgeville, which was then the capital of Georgia.
