War Service 1861 Lt. then Capt. of 6th Missouri, Maj., Carthage, Wilson's Creek, Col., commanded a brigade at Elkhorn Tavern, March 1864 Brig. Gen., Price's Missouri raid.
Post War Career Lawyer, US congressman, Clerk of the House, lawyer.
