Pruned Out 1000 Inactive Users

You may notice that our user count has gone from 2255 to 1204 tonight. I've pruned out over 1000 users who never completed their registrations, and were likely spammers.

Hopefully our member list is more accurate now, and our system may run a bit better without this dead-weight.
