Exclamation New CivilWarTalk system up and running!

As you can see, our new system is up and running. I haven't found too many major problems, but there are a number of bad links that I need to clean up.

New Features:
- Full Site Skin
- Full Site Menu System
- Login with forum password on entire site
- capability to publish daily articles
- User contributions
- Image Gallery
- Link to other sites
- lots of new features to bring online

Known Issues and Bugs:

Links Section -- Menu links broken

Old Resource Center -- Not everything has been transfered as of yet

Limber Chest -- Not transfered yet

As note... IE7 does not like the new changes... or much of aything else I look at. I've been told this is because I am still, gasp, using dial up.

Solution... curse Bill Gates, delete IE7 and go back to IE6.

THe new look is quite nic and I think a bit more user friendly; though I have not been on he site too much lately due to a lot of ime on the road.
Ami... one handed... get the baby t help!

Except for the new layout, nothing has changed at the message boards, all past posts and archives are still available.

Just a note, I did setup this site using Internet Explorer 6.0 as well as FireFox 2.0, and everything works great with both browsers.

In addition, I've just upgraded my Internet Explorer to 7.0, and everything still seems to work as advertised, although I'm not thrilled with the new toolbar layout in IE7, yikes! If all goes as planned, when I click "post" I will have posted this message with IE7. Wish me luck!

My 'Favorites' link no longer worked.

Civil War Talk.com - Welcome!

Had to create new one(s), made one for the main page and one for the Forums.

Default IE7 works well

I have IE7 installed in all 3 PC's. No problem here. Yes it takes a while to get used to the Favorites/History/ Feed Button.

Have noticed no difference. Pops right up on my "Favorites" button. So far, no glitches. At least this time I haven't been banned.

Only difference is that the main stuff is somewhat squeeze into the middle of the window.

(Is there a way to make it wider?)
