Welcome to Civil War Talk, MY MESSAGE BOARD SYSTEM.

Recent threads have been removed, my decision. People may get banned, I have not fully decided yet. Posting on the message board was turned off while I decided what needed to be done, and will remain that way until at least 10pm Eastern tonight, as a cooling off period.

You may be wondering why this thread is called "THE FINAL WORD ON EVERYTHING". That is because, as far as everyone using this message board is concerned, I AM GOD. That means that I choose to allow you to use my message board, and I will decide what can and cannot be posted by YOU.

In case you didn't know, the 1st Amendment does NOT apply here. This is a private web site, and the Bill of Rights only acts as a check on government. On this message board I am King, Emperor, the Exalted One, Grand Pubah, and so on and so forth... and if you were wondering, Ami sits at the left hand of the King. She will get what she wants.

Now you can say "That's not fair" till the cows come home, but you either need to learn to live with it, or leave this message board, and never come back. It's your choice, others have made it, and even more will in the future.

I will not tolerate the following anymore: Even mild Flaming of Ami, myself, CivilWarTalk, or any other member. If you don't like something, do the honorable thing and leave, don't even bother saying good bye, just leave. I also will not tolerate people who threaten to quit, and then hang around to flame everyone and everything.

I also will not tolerate complaints about other members being aired in the posts on our message board. If you have a complaint, you come to me, or you can report the thread to all moderators. We will take action if we feel we need to, AND WE WILL DO NOTHING IF WE FEEL THAT NO ACTION IS NEEDED.

These rules are the same as ones posted in our rules & etiquette, the change will be in our enforcement. We used to ask questions, and then moderate, now we reserve the right to lock and delete posts and threads at our discretion, and ask questions later (if we care to).


In full disclosure to everyone, I am a Reagan Conservative. My value system may differ from yours. What you find offensive, I may not. What I find offensive, you might not. HOWEVER, all of my decisions as Emperor and King of everything at CivilWarTalk are FINAL.

CivilWarTalk.com has been around for seven years now, and we will be around for seven more years. If we loose 3, or 5, or even 20 members, we will still be here, and we will grow, and we will be stronger than ever.
