Forums Reorganized, New Forums Created

I've managed to make Catergories work the way I wanted, so now you can click on a Catergory name and it will focus your view on just the forums in that catergory.

I've also adjusted the order of our forums slightly to make room for some new forums:

Researching Your Civil War Ancestry

&

Sutlers & Soldiers Classified Ads
