Default Having trouble changing your password?

I've gotten a few emails from people trying to change their password recently. I don't think they are getting my replies, possibly because of a spam blocker.

In any case, if you are having trouble logging in, or reseting your password, please email me with your username and password and I'll reset your account for you.

Thanks!

Feline Lady you will have to resubscribe to all email reports. I suggest going through every option in the "User CP" there are some neat new options.

As to not getting email from the site what worked for me was to disable my spam blocker and then add to my contacts list the Civilwartalk.com addy which allows the email to enter without being blocked... of coarse I received almost 100 bits of spam... but I got back online. THen I enabled my spam blocker again. I queried Hotmail as to why this addy was listed as Spam. I was told that they get a list of spam sights and share their own w/ several companies... once an addy is on that list it quickly makes the rounds for various programs to block as Spam. IIRC AOL liste Civilwartalk as a spam originator several monthes ago... I suppose that is why my hotmail kept killing emails.

With my limited computer literacy that's the best I can do to interpret what the MSN people told me. I hope it makes sense and helps someone out.

You can subscribe to a forum or thread by visiting the "Forum Tools > Subscribe to this Forum" or "Thread Tools > Subscribe to this Thread" respectively. You can find the tool menu in the upper right corner of the forum or thread table.

Hope that answers your question!

It looks like you added a profile picture, but not an avatar. Go to UserCP, click Edit Avatar, and scroll to the bottom and add your custom avatar.

I hope that helps.
