    Default Great Coat

Our Surgeon is looking at buying a Great Coat, since our Unit also plans on representing the 153rd New York, is there a way he can buy one coat for both representations. I was thinking maybe Black?

    Your thoughts are always welcome

http://www.bridgemicro.com/msullivan/catalog/index.htm? Chris Sullivan is the fellow to ask; I don't know if he will be able to use one coat for both; I kind of doubt it; unless he is going for a civilian contract surgeon.

    Good Luck
Few take the trouble to understand or to view the American scene with perspective. And we Americans love to find ourselves guilty of something. However, it is never I who am guilty, but those other Americans, the past or present government or the other political party. Americans almost never find other countries guilty. It is always ourselves or our fancied influence in other countries. Louis L'amour

    James,
This may be a dumb question, and I mean no disrespect but does it get that cold in Texas for the use of a great Coat at more than one event.

if not I would use the money else were. Just my 2cents. I have One my self and use it perhaps two times a year at a event . Although I do use it as a regular coat as well as my other coats.

Well it can get a bit chilly, I think two weeks a go there was Ice and a temp of 25 with a wind chill of 12, usually its not this bad but it does happen, Also our Surgeon is near 60, I think, and the cold may affect him more than others.

    James,
I know Last year several places got snow, Which i figured was quite rare.. the winter blast you just had might have been the very one that droped a few inches of snow here and kept me going the USCT memorial.

Today its supose to hit like 73 here crazy weather..

    On to your question.

I'm not sure of the best color but they do have some good deals on Ebay at times. might not be the most authentic (hand stiched etc) but nice coats none the less at a desent price.
