Grey Sack coat with Black Trim

I found an old Sack Coat I used to wear reenacting. It was outfitted by my friend at the time who eventually gave it to me. Its grey with black trim on cuffs and collar. My question is what if any units wore these coats? I know black was used as Militia but I am having trouble finding any units that used this style. We also wore black trousers, which I can't seem to find.

I believe that N.C. State Troops were initially issued Gray sack coats with Black shoulder straps. The Confederate Marines had at times, grey frock coats with black trim on the top of the collar, running down the front of the tunic and at it's hem, and on the cuffs. I do not know if they were ever wearing a sack coat. They were also known to wear black trousers. I would go to the site for the Company of Military Historians and run through the color plates of the different units to see if anything matches.

You would have to post a pic of the coat in order for ust to be able to try to figure out if were used by any one unit or just something made up for reenactors.
I see plenty of reenactors in garments that were not patterend after anything that was really used in the"WBTS".

Here is a picture, not a very good one. The 1st,3rd,4th, and 5th person have these coats on with the black pants. The coats at my mom's if you want a better picture I can get one this weekend. I appreciate the help.
