Thumbs up 146th New York Zouave's

I have a distant relative in the 146th New York and just discovered that that it was a Zouave unit. Boy what fancy outfits them guys wore

Promoted: March 9,1863 - Full Sergeant 1st Class
Promoted: February 17, 1864 - Full Lieutenant 2nd Class - effective March 1, 1864

Died: September 30, 1864

* (Sir name was Cone but the family didnt like the way they spelled it so they changed it )

Default 146th NY

Yes,they wore a sky blue Zouave outfit. I heard there is either a small living history regiment that does the 146th or a least a couple guys. Like to take a look at them. Maybe go Yankee once in a while in those fancy duds.

There is a toy company that has a 146th action figure ,and I have one. Looks good even in small scale.
