Exclamation 1st Annual Sunbury River Festival Reenactment

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, the First Annual Sunbury River Festival Reenactment will be taking place on the Third Weekend in August, in Sunbury Pennsylvania, and ALL are Welcome.

The location sits on the banks of the beautiful Susquehanna where the West Branch and the North Branch of the Suquehanna come together. There will be straw and Fire wood provided. We are working on securing a few meals for Reenactors as well. Plan to be there on Friday to set up, through Sunday, and Best of all NO FEE FOR Renactors, Civilians and Sutlers. No fee to view...No Fee at all . Scenarios will be provided closer to the Date.

We are Inviting All, Army, Navy, Marines, Artillery and Cavalry, anyone who wants to come is more than welcome, all that we ask is that you pre register and so can do so my emailing merch42@gmail.com

Any questions as well, please email as well, looking forward to seeing you there.

Default Update

Just an Update, Saturday morning Breakfast will be provided for the Reenactors, and I am not sure if anyone knows but this will be held not far from the Shikellamy state Park and Marina, and by that time they will have the Fabridam inflated and Lake Augusta will be right on the other side of the wall from the Camp/Battle areas.

During the recent fight on the Rappahannock, he saw a man running past him. 'Where are you going?' cried the general. 'To the rear,' replied the man. 'I am a non-combatant.' 'Who are you?' demanded the general. 'I am a chaplain,' replied the runner. 'Well,' said the general, 'here is consistency! For 20 years you have been wanting to get to heaven, and now that there is a chance, you run away from it.' "
