Hathaway's Writing Case

I am looking for a vendor or source for a repro of the HATHAWAY'S PATENT WRITING CASE. It is the roll up varity with small wooden slats and a tin tube.
Failing that I would like to talk with someone who can make a tin tube with closed ends.
